As the state celebrates having one of the highest per-capita vaccination rates in the country, the fact remains many people are still not able to get the vaccine. Oklahoma is still in the first levels of “Phase 2” vaccine distribution and the demand for the vaccine far outweighs the supply. Still, there is hope for an end to the pandemic.
